Cyber violence against women and girls in Lebanon is a growing and urgent problem. This policy paper provides concrete recommendations for legislators to address digital violence through a comprehensive prevention and protection law.
The paper analyzes existing gaps, presents data and survivor testimonies, and proposes legal frameworks that ensure justice, protection, and accountability. It builds on FEMALE’s continuous work in awareness, advocacy, and survivor support.
