We are accountable by different means including providing the right holders and the stakeholders with the right to give their feedback on our services and to report any incident.
The feedback might include high or medium-priority cases that are dealt with confidentially and within a timely manner.
The high-priority cases (fraud, corruption, SEA, harassment breach of code of conduct, conflict of interest, and abuse of power) will be held within a maximum of 5 working days.
The medium-priority cases (Dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided or requiring assistance or information) will be held within a maximum of 10 days.
You will be kept informed at reasonable intervals on the progress of the response, including whether there is a need for an investigation and any outcomes or further action.
The complaints are very confidential and dealt with by an investigation committee that is independent and that takes into consideration high accountability measures.
