FEMALE, in partnership with UNICEF through the POWER4Girls initiative, has developed the Building and Sustaining Girls’ Networks: A Comprehensive Manual for Implementation, now available in English and Arabic.
Developed through research, consultations with adolescent girls, practitioners, and organizations across Lebanon, and refined through a pilot phase with girls’ networks, the manual brings together practical knowledge and lived experiences to support the creation of sustainable, girl-led networks. It provides step-by-step guidance for organizations, facilitators, and practitioners on establishing, managing, and sustaining girls’ networks through participatory, feminist, and girl-centered approaches. Its practical tools and methodologies can be adapted to different contexts to support girls’ leadership, collective action, and gender equality.
The manual is accompanied by “Our Network Journey” (رحلة شبكتنا), an interactive Arabic workbook designed to support girls throughout the network-building process with reflection exercises, collective decision-making tools, and spaces to document their journey.

POWER4GIRLS
استند إعداد الدليل إلى بحث ومشاورات مع فتيات يافعات، وميسّرات، ومنظمات عاملة في لبنان، كما جرى تطويره واختباره من خلال تجربة تطبيقية مع شبكات الفتيات. ويقدّم الدليل إرشادات عملية للميسّرات والمنظمات والعاملات والعاملين مع اليافعات حول إنشاء شبكات الفتيات وإدارتها واستدامتها، إلى جانب أدوات ومنهجيات قابلة للتكييف مع سياقات مختلفة، بما يدعم قيادة الفتيات، والعمل الجماعي، والمشاركة الفاعلة، وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين.
ويرافق الدليل كتيّب «رحلة شبكتنا: دليلنا لنحلم، ونقرّر، ونبني معًا»، وهو كتيّب تفاعلي باللغة العربية، صُمّم لمساندة الفتيات خلال رحلة بناء شبكاتهن من خلال تمارين وأنشطة ومساحات للتفكير والتخطيط واتخاذ القرارات بشكل تشاركي
